Our jewelry is made to order, and all sales are final. We stand by the quality of our work and guarantee quality with normal wear for one year.

SHIPPING

Each piece of jewelry is carefully hand fabricated in our NYC studio so please allow 2-3 weeks to receive your piece. If you would like to request a rush order please contact the studio at hello@kimberlyginger.com and we are happy to meet your needs.  

REPAIRS

We will provide free repairs on any item damaged within a year of purchase. Items that need repair after a year may be returned, but there will be a charge for the repair. Repairs take 2-4 weeks. Please contact us if you require a repair and we will be happy to help as best we can.
